Rainwater running off the highway into my property

Sent to Island Roads 4 hours, 26 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16231380.

There is no Highway drainage on Military Road outside my house/driveway. I've noticed that during heavy rain the water from a 50m stretch of the road flows towards my garden. I'd like an Engineer to review the situation before it becomes an issue.
