Number 16A Oxford Street, Northwood PO31 8PT, their bush is half way over the pavement. See attached pictures, there's only room for one person at a time, plus the hedge is blocking a BT manhole cover. There is also a school at the bottom of this road, it's used by many pedestrians. This needs to be cut back to the edge of the pavement, many thanks.
