Inadequate yellow lines and signs causing disruption

Reported via desktop in the Road Markings Missing/Faded category anonymously at 09:39, Mon 19 September 2022

Sent to Island Roads 1 day, 1 hour, 15 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16227033.

At the corner of Gully Road and Ferniclose Road there is a fairly tight T junction used all the time by the council dog waste and bin collector trucks as well as delivery vans and tradespeople, plus trailors trying to get done to launch boats on Seagrove Bay. The double yellow lines are poorly visible and therefore rather than just using the 4 available parking spaces outside Seagrove House/The Chute/Anchor Gate, cars are parking on the yellow lines, including the corners. This is causing daily disruption and trucks cannot turn around. Sometimes they take 10 minutes trying to negotiate the area. Please could you repaint the yellow lines and also put up some highly visible no parking signs either end of the parking areas?
