Stream runs across road

Sent to Island Roads 1 hour, 20 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16226188.

I have already reported the damage to a stream ditch just to the north of here. This stream continues to here, under the driveway of Whitehouse Farm (frequently blocked culvert) and just runs along the side of the road. Forty years ago there was a ditch here but this has gradually been filled in. In the winter, the stream runs across the road and has frozen.
