Steephill Road is completely flooded again due to known damaged surface water drain. Surface water is entering the drain in the road but due to damaged surface water drain the water is coming up through a drain in the grounds of the White House and flooding the drive and then flowing into the garden of High Barn. This is a known problem which was inspected and reported on by Sweeptech.
