Extensive cracks in road surface

Sent to Island Roads 19 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16224922.

Ref No: 16181328. Reported in October 2020 and I asked to be updated on outcome - last report received in 2020 stated' under investigation'. Since then further cracks have appeared including one area where the road surface is now actually falling away towards the south side of the road. Please investigate further and advise of any actions to be taken. Thank you.
