Alleywsy between 117and 119 pitch black of an evening the street light is coveted by 119 trees which are over grown and the light is not bright enough from york avenue road

The alley beteeen 117 and 119 is pitch black at night, the light is covered by 119s trees and is not bright enough to light the alleyway especially coming in from york avenue road, the paths are lifting 119 fence and trees are pushing over pathway can be tricky walking down to my house which is situated in the alleyway
