Dirt down middle of road

Sent to Island Roads 12 hours, 6 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16224005.

There is a line of dirt from top of Presford Shute down to triangle and then up Corve Hill, Doctors Lane. Looks like there might be diesel underneath as well. Just worried if we do get some rain that it will be a severe hazard for bikes/motor bikes.
