Highways silt and drainage water

Sent to Island Roads 17 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16219922.
Previous calls ref: 16213191, 16203969 and incident report 16202305, detailed waste/silt and debris from the road has completely overwhelmed the drainage ditch at the side of our property causing any further rain the flood our garden. I would like for island roads to remove the waste from the drainage ditch. This is an ongoing issue as I’m continually taking waste water from the road surface through my property which I’m sure shouldn’t be the case. Thanks. This call has been reopened as the ditch down our property has not been cleared. These calls have been closed without any follow up with us to provide details why! Please provide the report that was completed to close the investigation, was the sump up the road full of silt, as a possible reason and please provide evidence to show that the drains are acceptable and they are in tack so that waste water is not able to enter the ditch, I have video footage that shows water coming out in to the ditch when work is being carried out in station road and the water flowing into the drains both side of the road and this along with silt then coming out into the ditch!
Latest investigation shows pipe from Road is going straight into my garden and is causing the flooding the silt is overwhelming and cannot be cleared, as requested either cap off the pipe or take the pipe through my garden to the fields at rear which will stop the continuing flooding of my garden! Thank you
