Potholes appearing in multiple places

There are many potholes appear on this road, many small ones in the centre of the road, some at the junction and a few bigger ones where cars currently park at. This issue has been around for years and there has been work to patch up potholes, but new ones are appearing. This is not urgent as it is not a busy road.
