Footpath obstructed by wheelie bins 10m north of junction with Lind Street

Reported via desktop in the Damaged Kerb/Aco/Channel Block category anonymously at 12:14, Fri 13 May 2022

Sent to Island Roads 6 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16219501.

I have spoken to residents who say the bins are to deter vehicles from mounting the pavement. However, my sister has fallen off the pavement trying to negotiate around the bins and been injured. The pavement is too narrow to keep the bins there. A pushchair or wheelchair would definitely not be able to pass.
