Cracking moving road

The road/reinstatements/repairs surrounding the BT cover in the road outside the Beachcomber shop is cracking and the concrete road base is now moving to the point when you stand near it and a vehicle passes you can feel the road lift and drop and is now coursing increasingly stronger tremors in the near by property's
