Overhanging hedge into Pump lane

The hedge that is in Old Acre property is overhanging the lane which is causing a pinch point before the bend in the lane, this creates problems for large vehicles, i.e horse boxes, refuse lorries, tractors and large delivery vehicles. This causes vehicles to have to drive off road onto the grass verge in front of Alamanda. I have enclosed photos which show how this part of Pump lane used to look and how it is now with the overgrown hedge. Pump lane road surface is poor with numerous potholes and broken tarmac so having added obstructions doesn't help. If it was cut back by a metre or so it would improve visibility and ease the pinch point. Thank you
