Last week i called up to report that someone had removed the metal grate that goes across the pavement from my down pipe o/s my house and had also removed the whole cement guttering/drain that goes across the pavement underneath the metal grate..... why i don't know

I got a very shift response from your team and was not aware there was anyone working o/s my house. As you can see the work is totally ludicrous and unacceptable. Tarmac has been used to totally block the drain and gutter. How on earth can this have actually happened? Who did this??? I am aware he arrived at about 6pm so probably wanted to get off home! As you can see from the pics attached the water now has no where to flow and will now flow out on the pavement. This is ridiculous and i honesty can not believe that this is considered a finished job! Please can someone reattend ASAP and get rid of this tarmac and replace it with a proper concrete gutter and replace the metal grate across the pavement?

This is very upsetting to see this horrendous job. Not only will it be a danger for people waling down the hill when the water flows out but it will damage my property which I will not accept. Please reply to gabrielle.hall@met.police.uk or kanga88@hotmail.co.uk advising when this issue will be rectified, thanks.
