Reported via mobile in the Bin Damaged Hazard category by Sharon Newnham at 11:27, Wednesday 27 January 2021

Sent to Island Roads 21 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16190130.

I have asked for this to be rectified by my local councillor We had a man round and swept up but the slippery surface is still very slippery when wet My 75 mum slipped outside and gashed her head and needed hospital attention and stitches this happened on the pavement outside she is currently staying with us and is still taking blood thinners for a condition she has She is frightened to go out while this is like this still and slippery for her except use whilst in lockdown It needs a treatment of moss and algae remover or at least to be power washed all on the pavement and around my neighbours pavement also this is no 28 A simple broom sweep is not sufficient in this case as some hasn’t even been swept up from last reporting I also asked it the trees could be cut back as they are near to our bedroom window s could this also be address and not to have a notification of no action needed like last time as when in full bloom blocks out all the light in our bedrooms Kind regards Sharon Newnham
