The car is the photos has been left abandoned since September last year. It has no tax or MOT and is taking up parking space that’s needed by residents. Despite being reported to DVLA no action has been taken. This is the second time this car park has been used to dump untaxed cars , even though it’s for residents with road legal cars only.
