Overgrown hedge and grass over path

Hi, Please could you re view the path along Brading road from Westridge garage to Busy Bee garden centre (West side). Not only is the hedges overgrown onto the pathway but the main problem is that the grass verge has grown over the path by approx 2 ft. This makes it impossible for 2 people to walk past each other or to walk along the path with dogs without having to walk on the road. The narrow path I don't believe currently complies with the minimum path width. I have used a spade in sections and can see that the grass verge has now overgrown the path by about 2 ft. This path is on a busy main road and it's current narrow state is forcing people into a fast section of roadway. Please could I request a site visit and meeting to discuss the problem if it cannot be rectified as this is not just the responsibility of the land owner to cut back bushes but also for the council team to dig back the overgrown grass and weeds.
