Wilton park road - not good enough

Sent to Island Roads 25 minutes later. Enquiry ref: 16183422.
Island roads think reports about this section of road are "Duplicate Reports" They have closed previous reports, stating "no further action" without completing any work to fix the road. There is absolutely no way this is good enough. This is Island Roads closing an unresolved report to hide it from public view because they seem to have absolutely no intention of doing the work.
You have spent 5 years ignoring this issue. Decide a date, publish the date, do the work. Dont ‘look’ at it – get it done. Dont "resolve" comments when you have not done anything to remedy the incompetence of the last 5 years of failing to do your jobs properly. You can resolve the report when you actually bother to do the work.
Not fixed, no sign of Island Roads intending to fix it. 2015 - they didnt bother surfacing this section of road 2017 - they eventually claimed it needed "a different treatment" making it clear that this section of road does infact need surfacing. 2018 - promised to schedule the work. They didnt. 2019 - promised to schedule the work. They didnt. 2020 - now claiming the work doesnt need doing.
When Island Roads stop lying to us and themselves, this road might get sorted out. It wont happen earlier due to the incompetence of Island Roads and the IOW Council, neither of who seem to be able to manage a contract properly, and presumably due to John Gilbey who removed the standards requirements from the pfi contract for the price of a 2 bedroom house.
