Subsidence dip in carriageway

On the NE carriageway on the upslope just prior to Binfield corner a dip and bump have developed during the summer which causes a great deal of discomfort when driving in that direction. This has been gradually worsening over the summer months. There are signs of scraping on the carriageway where it appears that vehicles have grounded as they go over this depression/bump. This could cause danger if a driver isn’t expecting this bump or if they are driving too fast it may cause them to lose control of their vehicle. Each time I go over the bump it causes a jolt. I believe that anyone with neck or back issues might have pain or discomfort increased from going over this part or the road.
