Tree roots have now grown under properties

Tree roots have now grown up to the property - ie Number 40 and under the house to the back garden, causing foundations of the house to now become unstable.

Spectrum, are aware of the recently discovered issue and know that the tree is the responsibility of Island Roads.

This is also starting to affect the adjoining properties numbers 38 and 42, which are privately owned.
