No diversions signs

No diversion signs in the area coming off the Carisbrooke Road from the West resulting in circular movement of traffic and traffic otherwise being sent down dead end Rhodes. By the signage report road closed ahead whereas the road is in fact terminated because there’s no way through from any of this area through to Chapel Street or Little London.. diversion signs have been previously requested for the area the lack of them identified assurance is given that diversion signs would be placed and they have not.
