Debris and rubbish in gutter and pavement along length of Argyll Street

I have already reported this, reference enquiry number 16327696, the holding response is unacceptable. Argyll Street is a main traffic/pedestrian thoroughfare, the current cleanliness state of the pavement and gutter on the parked car side of the street is shocking. It is requested that the cleaning of this street is made a priority and not left until it’s programmed cleaning. The street has not been cleaned for 2-3 months and will require a manual street clean, I.e., a man with a cart to clean it properly. Can I organise a private contract cleaner and invoice island roads for the work.
