Huge dip in road

There is a huge dip in the road , this has progressively got worse over the past 8weeks it has now affected my son's disabled wheelchair car damaging the rear suspension due to the amount of travel from driving through the dip , even at 30mph! Not to mention my disabled son being thrown around in his chair. I have avoided going this way for weeks , im currently waiting a quote from the garage to repair my car due to this issue. I have seen buses also bouncing and almost hitting the rear end as they travel through. Please can you fix this . Also the beginning of whitrails from the roundabout isnt much better even though some tarmac has been put down to miminiase the dips in the road.
