Road repair has sunk causing a dip

Wellington Road is on the 37 bus route. This problem is causing shock waves through the local houses particularly mine 58 and neighbour 56 every time busses or heavy vehicles pass. This section of Wellington Road, being clear of parked cars, encourages heavy vehicle drivers to use excessive speed increasing the intensity of the shock. I fear this is causing damage to the house. There are cracks in the front wall. Please can this be assessed for repair.
