A bike has been abandoned and allowed to rust at the end of the road in our street. The motorbike has no tax and appears in a condition on which it would be unsafe to drive. The bike is gathering rust and parked on a road, in the way of the taxed and MOT present cars that usually park in the area. It has been there for a few weeks now.
