The problem still exists!! Your ‘repairs’ so far have been laughable!

What do the affected residents on Mill Hill Road need to do in order to get you to listen?!? There is MAJOR subsidence over an old tunnel that is being made worse by the battery laden buses that now travel this route! The houses still shake, windows rattle in their frames and pictures fall off the walls when buses go past. When are you going to resolve this issue?! It’s very worrying that you don’t seem capable of grasping the seriousness of this problem! This doesn’t need minor patching, it needs a complete overhaul of Mill Hill Road between Victoria and Newport Roads. I’m all for being eco friendly and cleaning up the environment etc but not to the detriment of homeowners, their properties, and their sanity.
