Vegetation overgrowth in Ford

The vegetation is growing in alongside the ford. Some of our neighbours say they think its on our land but it is part of the highway. Our garden boundary is a small dwarf wall behind where the vegetation is growing. Perhaps you could remove this vegetation to stop them nagging me. As an aside, I will be able to access my hedge and then will cut that back. Thank you
